SUPER. The spacious apartment met our expectations. Everything was as described. The location was fantastic, just two metro stops to the Old Town. Although the Old Town is open until 9 p.m., you can walk back down a 1.5-kilometer walk, or take a bus or taxi. It's very clean!!! including the staircase. The apartment is on the second floor of a building with an elevator. Parking is available in front of the building, and it's easy to unpack. We really enjoyed it and will recommend it to friends.

Location is great - a few steps from the mini-metro and only 2 stops to the old town, which is also walkable in 20 minutes. Gated compound with on-site parking.

I wanted an apartment for 1 or 2 people in Perugia with free parking on the premise. This was matching the criteria. Minimetro 5 minutes away.

Appartment close to mini metro for excellent access to city centre Close to Coop a very good supermarket Close to railway station Very friendly and helpful owner and assistant. Clothes washer broken. New one installed the next day. Kitchen is well equipped
