If you appreciate art, staying here truly feels like being inside the Uffizi Gallery — every detail is thoughtful and beautiful. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town and walking distance to everything. From the moment we arrived, the welcome from the staff was outstanding — warm, genuine, and attentive. The cleanliness of the place is on another level; even the cleaning products smell amazing! It’s rare to notice that, but here you do — everything feels so fresh and cared for. And the bed… just wow. It was massive, and the pillows were honestly the best I’ve ever had — better than those at the Marriott, Hilton, or any big chain I’ve stayed at. You can tell they care about comfort. This is a true boutique experience — full of authenticity, charm, and a human touch that big hotel chains simply can’t replicate. I loved everything about this stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

A spacious, clean, comfortable room and bathroom, pleasantly furnished. Conveniently central location. Good air conditioning, helpful staff at nearby hotel reception and easily contacted and responsive via WhatsApp, complimentary bottles of water and biscuits provided for us in fridge was nice.
