The fine print
Please note that the hotel provides authorization to access the Limited Traffic Zone. Guests are advised to park their car at the public parking area in Piazza Partigiani, which is approximately 200 meters away. From there, escalators lead up to Piazza Italia. Parking is available at daily rates.

Very freindly welcome on arrival, the hotel is warm, quiet and clean. Has good WiFi, TV in the room has many many channels light switches by the bed, bathroom was clean, shower was strong with plenty of hot water. The hairdryer works well. Plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe. I didn't have breakfast there but the coffee aroma was great.
