Beautiful property ideally located to the city centre. Friendly welcome, rooms fairly basic and beds / pillows certainly not luxury. Breakfast was ok

The place is like something from a fairy tale. Stunning views of Perugia day and night. Very helpful staff, both at the hotel and restaurant, which even made us a special dessert upon request. Definitely will stay at this place next time in Perugia.
