So much to like about this delightful courtyard, room and breakfast room within the house. Situated right in the old town of Perugia it was walking distance to the main street and attractions. Our hostess was delightful and incredibly knowledgeable. She provided a delicious breakfast and was always happy to help.

It was such a pleasure staying in Giuliana's home, right in the heart of the hill top medieval centre. It felt a very authentic experience. Guiliana is a great host and is very well travelled herself, so we had interesting conversations! She speaks a few different languages. Her home is set around a courtyard garden, with each room having its own external doorway. Our room had such character and rustic charm. So much better than a generic modern hotel in our opinion.
