This is a beautiful apartment finished to a very high standard in an old and historic part of Perugia. Paolo was a charming and excellent host who was easily contactable, and who was ready and willing to offer any assistance requested. It was a pleasure to use the apartment as the base for our visit to Perugia and the surrounding area. The kitchen came well equipped but, as a suggestion, a microwave would have been a useful additional asset as well as a bigger selection of cutlery including a bread knife.

Very clean and comfortable. Owner has gone out of his way to provide everything you need for your stay. Accommodation was perfect for us. Very central but quiet as well. Fairly short walk from the car park which was only €2 per day.

The accommodation was super clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Paolo is a friendly and attentive host. The location is right in the city center. We loved it here and will definitely come back to Perugia and stay here again.
