The character of the accommodation was outstanding! You could feel the history of the building the instant you opened the door. The extra bath mats and hand towels were a homely touch and very appreciated, especially sharing a bathroom with that many people haha. The kitchen facilities were great, comfy lounges and access was easy. Thank you to the two young gentlemen that looked after our check in and went on a mission to find us extra sheets and a blanket even though the bar was getting slammed. Very thoughtful! Having Alfred's Kitchen just across the way was excellent; seriously the BEST burgers! And BottleMart is just there = very handy.

The rooms are decorated nicely. block out curtains, and the bed is unbelievably comfortable! The food downstairs in the restaurant is great too.

Fantastic area close to public transport easy to get around and to the airport. Loved the Old Hotel. The best thing was the amazing staff and service. As we felt at home like part of the crew. Not to mention the retro shopping and Bakery close by.. I will be making it my go to stay over .. From Now on. Great work to all staff and management

I like the location in the outer suburbs but close enough to public transport and main roads it feels close to everything but with enough space to breath, spacious parking, right on the cafe strip, train to anywhere. Big rooms, opening windows, greenery and super comfy beds
