I loved every second of it the staff make you feel like a VIP and that no matter is too big or too small to do. It was my fiancés birthdays celebration, the team kindly bought a bottle up to celebrate.

Everything. The staff were so welcoming. The little touches to my best friends birthday with a cake and card were so special even at the Spa. She felt so special. The room upgrade was such a special touch. We loved it.

I loved the entrance as you walked through the hotel to the reception, the staff are friendly, the room was stunning. Wooden floor boards, nice and spacious, lovely view of the river. The bathroom was next level. Huge! Loved that the toilet was separate and the bath tub was huge. Beautiful soft lighting. Infinity pool was great. Even though it was cold outside, being heated my kids and I were still able to use it. Easy to say this is one of my top favourite hotels now.
