Please note that parking is available on the left side of driveway which is on Kempenfeldt Street. When booking for 3 or 4 guests you will have access to an interconnecting Single Room with a king-single bed. Both rooms are connected via a large, private bathroom.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The room was very spacious and there was space to sit out on the balcony in the morning to eat breakfast. It was also a good location to walk to Hilary’s. We both slept well as it is in a nice quiet location.

Our host was absolutely lovely. We were running behind schedule but kept her up to date. We got a little lost as it was dark when we were trying to find the accommodation but when I rang, she was able to tell us that we were actually right outside the property. She greeted us upon arrival and we instantly felt at home. Her home was beautiful, lovely and quiet with lots of little touches eg makeup wipes, good quality toilet paper, strong hot shower which was wonderful after a long flight. There was everything we needed even a jug of milk in the fridge. We will certainly stay again if we are ever in Perth again.

This is our 3rd time staying here and each time we’ve been we’ve always had a great stay. We will definitely stay again. The location is good, room and bathroom is very spacious and clean. Everything you need is provided.
