The location is really central. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff were very helpful - storing our luggage, bringing our luggage to our room, upgrading us. It was a lovely stay. (Particularly the male manager? At reception). He printed some documents for us and offered us an upgrade. His kindness was much appreciated.

Lovely hotel, even got a free upgrade to water views! The bathroom is my favourite with the large open shower and beautiful tiles! The blinds cut out all the light so i slept so deep! The restaurant for breaky is delicious. Would highly recommend!

Breakfast was great. Front Desk Manager, Cayde, and his Team were fabulous - extremely customer service focused and went out of their way to assist with all aspects of our stay. HQ staff, in particular, Danielle, made our delicious meals even more enjoyable with great customer service. Sincerely recommend The Quay for your next stay in Perth! Jan from Adelaide.
