The location is very good. Near to Northbridge where all the pubs and clubs located there, super happening at night. Very near to Murray street and hay street, so it’s super convenient to do shopping, and grocery shopping too. Additionally, it’s only 9 mins walk to Watertown brand outlet.

This is quite a new property. The owner had provided more than expected equipment like Charging cables, massage chair and all kinds of refreshment. Free parking which is important in CBD area, also quite near to China town and Night Pubs.
