Modern, clean, and functional. I loved the decor, light and bright. The property was exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed. It was walking distance to a bus stop, and the train station. It was a short train journey into the city. Charmaine was friendly and efficient, ensuring our stay went smoothly.

I like all about the house, the house very clean and well maintained. The locationn just perfect, accesible easily from main road. Nearby Coles, KFC, Mc Donalds and Subway and also public transport.

The whole apartment is the best we ever experienced. Light and spacious, perfectly maintained, quality furniture, perfect kitchen, great beds , excellent washing machine and dryer, fantastic coffee machine with abundance of quality coffee pods, very important for Dutch origin guest. And lots more cooking supplies to make you feel at home. Charmaine was always very helpful whenever she could, very responsive, and solved minor issues caused by Telstra as soon as possible . The appartment has pleasant air-conditioning, and the outdoor balcony is well furnished and relaxing. The appartment is in a quiet area, close to Perth CBD, and to nice restaurants, and it has excellent parking facilities. All together, this could not be better! Thank you Charmaine, we would love to come back!
