I loved the bed and the pillows were just amazing ! Had the best sleep ! The location was perfect in the heart of town. Walking distance to rac arena, restaurants, shops and parking. Also was not noisy for us on the 7th floor. Women who checked us in was nice to let us know if we signed up to the rewards we could get late check out, which we definitely took. Thank you for our stay. I would definitely stay here again

Idea in the city , great restaurants next to it good value for food and drinks .near the train station near the shops. our room was clean and big

room was very clean and tidy. very nice bathroom. amenities in room were good. Only had 2 coffee cups and glasses even though booking was for 3 people. Location was excellent. great breakfast at Jack & Ivy's. Staff were very helpful and checked in regularly. used the guest laundry which is convenient and easy to use. Complimentary washing powder.
