The reservation name for the booking, the ID and credit card name must match. Accepted IDs are passport and Australian driver's license. No other license are accepted here. Great location. Room was very clean and good value for money at the current price of Perth. Toilets and showers were clean. Although staff aren’t directly visible on site they always replied quickly to messages or calls and were always friendly. Great they allow you to store bags before and after your stay.

Location-good, easy for buses. No keys-brilliant Safe with all the keyless entry. Rm 5B-clean, bed comfortable, window with insect screen. No cold air but I had asked for a fan. Showers-lots of pressure. Look clean but not cleaned daily. Toilets clean Kitchen-looked well equipped but didn’t use. Lots of fridge storage. Floor absolutely filthy, looks like it’s never been washed.

Was cheap, clean and they let us drop bags off early. Didn’t really see anyone who worked there but managed to get details over the phone which worked fine.
