Unexpected overnight stay after flight changes. Beautiful comfy room, bed, decor and shared lounge. Big shared kitchen. Host was welcoming and helpful. Lives separate to property, providing privacy. Very close to Perth Airport and river. Will definitely stay again for longer when back in Perth.

This was a fantastic place and it was in a lovely location close to everything. We were picked up from the airport with no hassles and a fair price. The place is clean and comfortable and staff were excellent very helpful. Very close to airport and very close to bus stop which we used to go to the city and local shopping centre and also to the airport. Highly recommend this place👍

I had to travel urgently to Perth from Esperance and hadn’t made a reservation. I needed something affordable and close to where I had a commitment, and that’s when I found Ellard Bed & Breakfast. I called because I noticed check-in closed at 10 pm and I would arrive after midnight. The staff member who answered was very friendly and told me to contact them after booking. I messaged them, and they responded quickly with all the necessary details. The accommodation was fascinating—very clean, tidy, and comfortable. I’m Brazilian, and we tend to be very clean, so this truly impressed me.
