The only thing was at present it didn't have a TV but that's just now . Back to normal very soon . Clean and respectful and VALUE FOR MONEY . Great host couldn't get better Thank you kindly . VERY HAPPY

I liked the room set up it was great! Big comfy double bed, and an extra single bed, aircon/heating in room, nice little kitchen outside your room, nice clean bathroom with a wonderful shower and your own private side entrance

Basic, budget accommodation. Good price but wasn't aware it was shared living...toilet/bathroom/kitchen... for the 3 in my family. Greeted by lovely owner Paul on arrival. Great communication with booking. Well stocked shared kitchen area. Parking place available. Towels in room. I only put did not meet expectations as I imagined/hoped it was a private unit plus price was with my Genius discount - so therefore too much $$ otherwise, compared to other apartments near to Scarborough

I must say i was a little sceptical at first.but once i met paul everything was fine.Great room .great facilities.great person only to happy to help with what ever was requested from him.No problems with recomending this place to come and stay everything was well worth the money. Thanks paul and all the best..10/10
