Hotel registration and check in is available only to guests who are not prohibited from entering the Crown Perth, Crown Melbourne or Crown Sydney properties, are 18 years of age or over, and are recorded on the reservation at the time of booking. We didn't have the best view, but the room was well laid out and met all our needs. The only problem we had was on check out and the lifts were very busy with staff cleaning and guests couldn't get to the lobby.

I was staying as I live regionally and I needed to go to the airport early in the morning and because I have stayed at Crown Promenade before and I know the rooms are clean and comfortable. The facilities are great and it’s easy to get dinner, etc. I was so pleased to be given a room upgrade this time and really appreciated the gesture. The bed was very comfortable for a good night sleep before an early morning.
