The location was brilliant. In the heart of the city with easy access to trains, buses, and ferries, plus all the shops and malls nearby and central tourist attractions. The room was good. It had the basics, and the hairdryer was great-it meant I didn't need to pack one. Comfy beds and 2 pillows for each bed in the room. Lots of hot water made for great showers after being out and about walking the city all day. Soap and shampoo, and conditioner are provided. They cleaned our room each day we requested it with a door tag. Security was really good at the hotel, with key card access to the front doors. 24-hour desk personnel is a bonus. I liked the little foyer area, so I could go out to it to make phone calls and jump on meetings overseas during the night and not wake my daughter. A late checkout of 11 am was wonderful.
