The house was very clean and modern. It all the necessary appliances you need. As it was winter, we were happy to find heaters in the bedrooms and living room. It was very easily accessible from the airport and to the city area. It has a nice sitting area outside to chill and a laundry room to wash clothes. The beds in the 3 rooms were also very comfortable. The master bedroom and 2 common rooms were beautiful, and I loved the ensuite toilet. The kids had the common toilet, which they shared. The host is very thoughtful and provides a fully equipped kitchen if you need to make meals. He also checked in from time to time and helped us sort the garage door, which we had some issues with. He informed us on the days to take out the garbage bins and even had his gardener to do it when we were running late. He is very responsive, and my husband and kids really loved his home. Check-in was fast and simple. We arrived at 2am onwards in the wee hours in thr morning and he accommodated us very kindly. Thank you so much, Milinda, for providing us a place to stay so we can enjoy our holiday! We recommend anyone who would like to visit Perth to book this stay as it's affordable yet cleanliness and facilties are not compromised.

First of all, checking in was super easy. The owner provided simple, clear rules but honestly, everything was pretty self-explanatory. The place has an indoor garage, iron, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with utensils that look practically new. It’s also beautifully decorated. I really appreciated the brochures about Perth that the owner left for guests to browse through too.

My son and I stayed here for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a home away from home it was very comfortable, clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The area is lovely, quiet and just a short walk to the shopping centre. I highly recommend the Cozy Urban Escape and will be definitely booking to stay again with my family.
