We require AUD $200 security bond to be paid in cash or on EFTPOS which will be return upon check-out. If you have a credit card, we will pre-authorise AUD $1.00 in lieu of the cash bond which will be released back to you in 7-10 working days. A security bond to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The location of the hotel is excellent. Safe and easy to get to public transport (buses and trains) short walk into the CBD. The room size was good, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were clean and tidy. The service from all the staff was excellent. My only issue was a couple of nights were there was some noise and bad behavior from other hotel guests on my floor but it did not last long.
