A great location with plenty of coffee and food options close by. Within walking distance of the city and on the free CAT line, a Liam free transport system within the city of Perth. The floors, halls, landings and stairs were hoovered and mopped daily.

Everything was good: spacious, comfortable rooms, good kitchen and dining room, decent if basic breakfast, all for a fair price.
