James was really nice and very helpful with any queries. He helped get our bags upstairs. Great location close to town with a carpark. Breakfast was lovely staff were amazing. Great value for money

I had a really lovely stay at the Woodlea Guest House in Perth. What stood out most was the warm and friendly staff – they made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is excellent, close to everything yet still peaceful, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the city. The building itself is beautiful, full of character, and adds to the charm of the stay. Overall, a comfortable and memorable experience – I’d happily return and recommend it to others.

Me and my partner stayed overnight at the Woodlea and everything about our stay was perfect. James was a brilliant host, he let us know about things to do in the area and check in was fast. We had a cozy room and a restful sleep, topped by a delicious breakfast the next again morning to set us up for the day!

Early and late arrival was treated very well. Business owner/manager was always there are happy to help. We would go there again.
