An excellent place to stay within easy reach of the centre. The room was excellent and the small extras very much appreciated. Breakfast was also excellent. Definitely first choice place to stay next time I visit Perth.

A very warm welcome. A thoughtfully equipped and large room, with comfy seating area overlooking pretty garden. Generous tea and coffee with lovely shortbread and scones (excellent jam). Excellent breakfast.

David was the most friendly and hospitable of hosts. The room was simply stunning - beautifully appointed with stunning views overlooking the park. Breakfast was home-made (by David) and delicious. One of the best stays we have had.
