Everything about the stay was spot on. What a beautiful hidden old historical place to stay. The massive trees are amazing.

Staff were super friendly and responsive. The room was lovely and bed was comfy. My husband had the flat iron steak for dinner and he said it was great.

The rooms were spacious and clean with good facilities. We had our dog with us and it was helpful that he was allowed in all areas of the hotel. We had dinner and breakfast here and both had plenty of options at reasonable prices. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We were just stopping over for a night after a sports tournament, but would come back as the hotel was in a lovely location with plenty to do nearby.
