Everything is so charming and inviting; the house, the room, the garden, the view. The room was cozy, clean and spacious with a little sitting area and a nice shower. Breakfast was great. You can tell the lovely people who run this place put their heart and soul into it. We would stay again without a doubt.

Everything was spotless. Very nice room, clean, confortable beds. Breakfast was very good, many options. The host were very kind and supportive. Free parking, nice outdoor view.

A beautiful guesthouse in the hills above the town of Ybbs an der Donau. The house is beautifully maintained, especially the surrounding garden. The lady owner was very friendly, she explained everything to us and allowed us to hide the bikes in the garage. The stay included breakfast, which was excellent. There were many homemade products on the tables, there is a wonderful view from the terrace during breakfast. We had a room with a view of the slope behind the house, which we didn't mind at all because we were on a trip all day. The room had comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub and a shower. The room also included a large balcony with outdoor seating. Unfortunately, there was no fridge in the room, but we didn't mind that much.

Location was superb, although out of the main town, beautiful views. Breakfasts were varied and excellent. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable.
