Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and location. The only issue we would raise was that our rooms carpet was stained

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The staff, in particular, deserve a big compliment: everyone was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and truly willing to think along with us. When it turned out that no parking was available and we arrived with a car full of belongings, the team immediately acted in a solution-oriented way. This gave us instant peace of mind and showed how dedicated and professional they are. Thanks to this level of service and hospitality, we had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Location was perfect, facilities were great and food in the Restaurant was excellent. Very quiet room considering City Centre.
