The location was fantastic - close to the railway station and a short walk to the lake and restaurants. The staff at the Information Office at the railway station were very helpful. They advised us to buy tickets from the office rather than machines that didn 't work. Also organised a private bus to Milan when the trains weren't running.

Good location (other than the passing foot traffic - see comments below). Well presented and spacious apartment. Clean and tidy. Comfy bed.

Clean with what's needed for a short stay. Good instructions and guidance. Great location for station and restaurants and ferries. Enjoyed having a drink on the small terrace. Decent wifi.
