Everything! Such an authentic, clean and cosy place. If you are looking for really calm and true Italian stay - choose it without doubt. But keep in mind, that the stairs to the apartment which is uphill are steep, and it takes around 20 minutes even for a fit person to reach it. If no huge luggage, then it is no problem.

Spacious accommodation, modern interior within the beautiful old style villa. Set in a village overlooking the .small farm land. Loved the village feel and the organic produce available Views to the mountains and some view of Lake Como. For us, this property represents the true authentic Italy. Super kind host, with prompt communication. We walked to and from the ferry. 10 minutes down the hill on the path and 20 minutes up the hill on the path Take.yoyr time.and.enjoy this ancient walkway

Peaceful and stunning, hillside location with freedom to explore the lovely garden and orchard. Lake view from our balcony. Supermarket and bar/ pizzeria within 15 minutes (uphill) walk. We loved the village of Perledo and being away from the madness of Varenna in August. AC in each room was much appreciated.
