We couldn’t ask for a better hotel, everything was perfect! The location was great, the cleaning was spotless and the staff was the best I ever encountered. A special thanks to Maria that organized a surprise for my girlfriend birthday, cake + flowers in the room.

The location of the proprety is pretty good, everthing was nice. The staff is exceptional, special mention for Maria who was amazing wirh us from the beginning to the end of our stay !

Everything about our stay was perfect, great location, beautiful relaxing pool and amazing staff especially the lovely Maria! Stayed here once before a couple of years back and loved it. We were a bit worried about it having a vending machine now rather than a bar, but quickly found out it was full of anything we wanted, whenever we wanted, so all good! We plan on making Santorini our go to holiday destination, a big part of that is because of Smaragdi.

This is our second year at Smaragdi because we loved it so much last year. Maria and her team are exceptional. So welcoming, and nothing is too much for them. The hotel is in a brilliant location, less than 5 min walk to the beach, bars and restaurants but the hotel is so peaceful and relaxing. If you want to avoid huge crowds and the instagram brigade, then this is the perfect spot. The rooms are spotless, and the cleaning team do a fantastic job every day to freshen up your room. Everything about this hotel is great and I would highly recommend it.
