it is very beautiful Place and Manager Irene is very lovely. We go to Santorini every year and now i know we will Stay only in Kasteli. All Service was amazing and Breakfast was Perfect.

My name is Naomi. The host is absolutely amazing. She is so lovely, sweet and kind and helpful. She always is there to help 24/7. She is so kind and helpful. The place was clean everyday! She even offered us the room with the jacuzzi. Thank you for making me and my ex boyfriend experience amazing, first time in Greece but thanks to Zambeli it was amazing. When I mean 24 hour clock customer service from this place I mean it. If you’re thinking about booking this place. Don’t think just book. And see amazing service for yourself. The guy was also too helpful and so kind and personable. Easy to talk to and always going above and beyond.

The location was super nice for those who don't want to stay in crowded Oia. Loved it there! 1 min walk from the best beach of the island! Private Whirlpool. Big room. Irene was a super friendly women! We could even check out later cause of our late flight without paying extra. Every day someone came to clean the room.
