It was a small family run set up, made to feel welcome. Rooms were cleaned every day. Close to beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

This property is just perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a 2 minute walk from the beach. It’s clean and the decor is lovely. The breakfast is great value. We will definitely return

We had a great stay in Perissa at Philoxenia Villas. Check in was very fast, friendly and easy (and we were an hour early too). The room was quite comfortable. The bed was fantastic! The hotel is located very close to the beach and main centre (a few minutes walk). There is also a number of supermarkets within a few minutes walk Equipped with a beautiful swimming pool suitable for any time of the day. Rooms always clean and tidy. The owners offers a taxi service Highly recommend!

Such a gorgeous cosy cottage feel. Warm and friendly staff. Pool was a lovely temperature and with a deep end of 2.4 metres was perfect. Room was very comfortable and cleaned every day. The owners were always busy cleaning around everywhere and nothing was too much to ask. Breakfast was cute, toasts Jams watermelon, coffee, croissants. Little stocked bar next to the pool too.
