Adelphi Apartments is in a great location, just a few steps from the main restaurants and the beach. The Apartment 5 is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned every two days, with a complete change of sheets and towels. It was fantastic in every way, but it exceeded expectations with the owners' helpfulness, friendliness, and hospitality. They were always available to offer advice and suggestions, and on more than one occasion they provided us with local products and gifts that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Really nice hosts! Made us feel like being at home. Property is super clean and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for the perfect holiday. It is also very well positioned in Perissa . Only short walk to nice beach, shops, restaurants . Bus stop is also near by with buses going to Thira . We will definitely recommend this place to anyone .

We were very much impressed by the attitude of Markos and Petros, it's absolutely amazing how kind and sweet they were to us. The level of service is 12 of 10! Every request was actioned immediately. As for the apartment, ours was spacious enough for 3 adults, very clean and cleaned once in 2 days, the sofa comfortable for sleeping and the kitchen absolutely equipped for any cooking. The large balcony with a great view was a gem. I loved the place, 5 minutes from the best beach, and in general we loved Perissa

Great location, close to the beach, the shopping and restaurant area as well as the bus stop to Fira. Nice terrace and balconies for each room. Air conditioning was a blessing. There were some noisy neighbors across the street but nothing horrific. The apartment was well-equipped, spacious and comfortable - either built or renovated recently. Perissa beach was marvelous - stay close to the cliff face, where the water is sandy and calm. The best part was our hosts Markos and Petros - like two uncles having us for a vacation! We could turn to them with any questions practically any time of the day. We even got some gifts from them! They arranged transfer from the airport and waited for us with the keys, showing us around the apartment - even though it was after 10pm (the flight was delayed). Very convenient and comfortable.
