Comfortable, clean and well equipped. The parking (actually a garage) is a bonus in a crowded area.

Fabulous apartment modern clean great little court yard to sit in and have a glass of wine in the sun, Very comfortable bed lovely bedding,great shower,everything in the apartment that you would need bonus is there is a garage for you to use you park in garage and it leads you into the court yard into the apartment,would definitely stay again great location for sightseeing 10 minute walk into town with lots to do.

The location for walking in Perigueux and sightseeing is excellent. The apartment is small but perfectly formed and spotlessly clean. The host who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. The private garage is a great bonus and by letting the air out of the rear tyres our Renault Trafic van just fitted in 😬. The bed was soooo comfortable and the area was quiet for a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
