The rooms were very clean, everything was in the apartment. The location of the facility for people with a car is perfect. We visited all the most important places in Tuscany and even 2 times we were in Rome. We really enjoyed our stay. There was no problem with the return of the deposit. The owners were always there to help. we got small gifts upon arrival.
