The view was amazing! I loved waking up to the ocean views and relaxing of an evening in front of the ocean. We even saw dolphins one morning!! Location is great in Perdika. Short walk (5mins) to supermarket, slightly further (10mins or less) to many restaurants and the port taxi to Moni island. House is fully equipped inside and outside and spacious enough for at least 8 people if needed!! 3 separate levels so plenty of space! Perdika is quieter than Aegina town but the local bus can take you between the two however it ends at 1620pm. If you can, I recommend hiring a scooter or bike.

The house is fully equipped with anything you would need!!!! Clean, comfortable and plenty space for a group of 6 people, and even more!!! It is close to a small but beautiful beach. Also, it is 10 minutes away (walking distance) from the small port of Perdika where all tavernas are! There you can eat and take a boat that will transfer you to the small Moni island!!!!
