Daniela and Andreas were very welcoming, helpfull and friendly. The breakfast exceeded all expectations - we had a wide selection of foods (eggs, cereals, bread, jam, fresh fruit from the garden etc). The room and bathroom were big and very clean, and the place was quiet. The spa was nice. The landscape around Percy is also beautiful, and perfect for cycling or jogging. Good restaurants nearby as well. Relatively short distances to Bayeux (circa 50 minutes), Mont Saint Michel (40 minutes), Omaha Beach (circa 50 minutes).

This is a really lovely place to stay. Our hosts were extremely hospitable, nothing seemed too much trouble for them and they made us feel very welcome. The house and grounds are charming and we enjoyed our beautifully presented breakfasts very much.

Lovely hosts Daniele and Andreas were very welcoming and kind. We felt at home. The house was stylish and yet cozy and super clean. The spa was a bonus treat after a long day, and the home-made breakfast the next morning was excellent. We highly recommend Manoir Saint Martin.

The location is excellent for visiting many of the attractions which Normandy has to offer. The welcome from the owners was warm and friendly, the hot tub, sauna and plunge pool were a great bonus and the sundowners while watching the sun set were a delight.
