Fun to actually pick up keys, pay and interact with a live human being! She doesn’t speak English and I don’t speak much French, but we managed :) She was friendly and welcoming at arrival and departure. It really is a chalet motel; a little quirky but somehow charming (I think it was the lady at reception and her warmth!). It’s a 16min walk to the downtown area, which we prefer since it’s quieter. The kitchen appliances were all new. Not carpeted floors, which is our our preference.

Our cabins were very clean, well-equipped, and nicely decorated. The location was excellent, next to a bistro, a short walk from a municipal beach and a great restaurant, and walking distance to the rocher Percé and the various shops. At night, you can kick back and sit around a nice fire in Adirondack chairs. Great value for a pretty reasonable cost.
