Lovely walk into the town and close to the promenade.Superb breakfast choice hot food ordered the night before a very professional organised guest house..lovely room.. Great communication via text from Richard and Sarah also took the time to speak to us and give us a guide of where to go..

The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of choices. Within walking distance from the town centre and harbour. There is plenty of on-street parking.

Richard communicated with us before, during and after our visit to Penzance. He was a charming and professional host. We were given a ground floor bedroom as requested. It was bright and airy with a table to work on when choosing our next destination. The menu for breakfast, which was submitted the night before, after ticking off one of the many choices offered, was a first. Delicious home cooked food with proper crispy bacon For me and avocado and salmon muffin for my husband. The croissants were the flakiest we have had in three weeks in the UK. The highlight for my husband, a marmalade lover, was Sarah’s home made marmalade which he pronounced as delicious and the best he had tasted in the UK. The many flowering pots in the front garden were lovely.
