Deluxe Studio on the first floor.Steep stairs leading to Seaview studio , Queen studio, and Seaview apartment.Towels ,linen, cutlery and crockery are provided. However the Studios are Self Catering.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

It was in a great location, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The hot water pressure for the shower was wonderful, and the tiny kitchen worked well. We enjoyed the view looking out over rooftops to the sea.

A lovely little spot in a great location. Great facilities (kitchen had kettle, toaster, microwave and hob), including a pleasant communal area to hang out in. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location is superb - a short walk to pretty much everything in Penzance. The Little Nook cafe, practically on the doorstep, does amazing brunch, while Penlee park and house, about the same distance in the opposite direction, do incredible lunch. Staff were pleasant and friendly, available to help but not intrusive.
