Impeccable rooms and location and facilities, attention to detail was on point! Right from hot chocolate pods for the kids to the hair dryer with diffuser for curly hair, kid friendly food items at the onsite restaurant, kid play area, every little detail was well thought of. Very comfortable beds and pillows n duvets. The only hotel where we actually noticed the bedding. Great staff, everyone was so sweet and helpful. Clean washrooms by the pool, drinks and food are delivered at the pool, so convenient for families with littles. Loved every bit of our 2 night, 3 day stay at The Balcomo.

Very nice place but soooooo expensive. Really not sure why they charge so much. It isn't that great compared to some other places in the province charging the same price. Too bad the hot tub was not working. Appreciated the kind staff.
