This was an older hotel which had been kept in good condition. Very friendly staff. All the facilities we could want and it was very clean, including the kitchen area. The price made it an excellent choice and I would stay again in

breakfast was not included - we just wanted a clean and comfortable place at a reasonable price and Apple Tree was just that.

Central location in the middle of Penticton. Close to Skaha and Okanagan lakes but a car was still needed
