The room and property is very clean and well cared for. Alison and Karen are very welcoming and take pride in the what they do. The breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. They have a great guard dog to!

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with great options. The beds were comfortable and the whole space felt lovely, clean, and comfortable.

Exceptional hosts - from arrival to departure, everything felt easy and taken care of. The room - and the whole house - was extraordinarily clean, with little extras (like the hospitality tray) further evidence of the hosts’ attention to detail. Beds were among the most comfortable I’ve experienced.
