Susan was so friendly and welcoming. Easy check in. Everywhere is spotless clean. We had a lovely quiet room at the back of the property facing a gorgeous garden. So peaceful. Our own private bathroom was just across landing from our room . We didn't have a problem with that. Lovely little extras in room like tin with brownie cakes. Chocolate biscuits. . Dressing gowns in wardrobe. We didn't use those but great to have. .so thoughtful. Breakfast was pre ordered with susan the night before. The breakfast we had the full English and the veggie breakfast . Both were gorgeous. Susan was so accommodating. Even kept our bags for us until later on in the day. Thank you so much.
