Beautiful location. Hotel room is of a high standard. Food excellent. Customer service from the staff makes a stay bespoke and boutique. Also, as a lone female traveller I felt very safe.

The location, the staff and the food. We were also lucky with the weather, it was gorgeous and this certainly made the whole stay much more enjoyable. We will certainly stay again!

Although the rooms are quite compact they are well equipped. The one thing I liked is they gave us fresh milk in a small bottle for tea and coffee instead of those little pots of UHT milk. We had a wonderful view sitting in our window seat looking out over the estuary.. We had a very evening meal in the restaurant., and an excellent breakfast cooked for us, not buffet style.. We can recommend this place to anyone.

Super location. Beautiful views over the river from the lodge. Lodge well furnished. Dog friendly. Great shower. Just lacked normal tea bags in the room. Delicious Sunday dinner. Friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
