Breakfast not included BUT, fresh eggs in the fridge most appreciated. LOCATION! Wonderful location, close to the town of Penguin but very private with amazing views over Bass Strait!

This space was modern, clean and well equipped. The view was STUNNING! The gardens are just beautiful. The chickens were friendly and produced delicious eggs. This place is well looked after. I hope we can visit again one day.
