The fine print
Please note that when booking more than 2 rooms, different payment policies apply.
If the Guest cancels a Group Booking more than 30 days from the arrival date, the guest will be charged the deposit but will not have to pay for the booking.
If the Guest cancels a Group Booking on or within 30 days of the arrival date, the guest will be charged full amount for the entire booking.
The Guest accepts these terms by paying a non-refundable deposit of 25 % of the total price of the reservation anytime from a Credit Card provided.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Beautiful sea views from the room, beautiful sunsets. The room was equipped with all the amenities and was cleaned frequently. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Very friendly and caring service from the owners.

I booked a studio at Bella Vista because I wanted a quiet stay, close to the beach so I could work during the day and go on walks in the afternoon. The view from my room was spectacular! Such a pleasure to wake up and see the sea every morning. Very convenient that they have their own restaurant, considering I had not rented a car. Sophia and Claudia were so nice and hospitable and they made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I even received complimentary late check out. Thank you again!
