- staff was friendly and spoke good English - it's very clean! - big lockers with keys provided - shampoo and soap provided - nice terrace - close to the city center (about 25min on foot to the train or bus station) - very comfy bed - I slept very well

Quiet room with private balcony. Shared toilet/bathroom very clean. Beautiful rooftop with view to the rugova canyon. Very close to the coty center (3-5mim walk). Last but not least, Fisi, the owner, is very freandly and helpful:)
