We had a wonderful stay! The welcome was warm and attentive from the moment we arrived, the room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive always ready with a smile and eager to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism truly made us feel at home. The location is perfect peaceful yet close to everything. Whether you're looking to explore the city or enjoy a quiet retreat, this place offers the best of both worlds. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! We especially appreciated the little touches that made the space feel luxurious and cozy. We can't thank the team enough for making our stay so special. If you're looking for a place that combines charm, comfort, and outstanding service, look no further. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Everything was perfect! The hotel was excellent — clean, comfortable, and very well organized. The room was spotless, the staff was friendly, and everything worked smoothly. I highly recommend it!”

I didn’t really enjoy my stay at the hotel, although I want to mention that the staff were very nice, kind and respectful, and the breakfast was really good. One thing I didn’t like was the bed setup — the bed sheets were too small and didn’t even cover the mattress properly, which I found quite surprising for a hotel. The mattress for me weren’t comfortable but this is very subjective and varies from one person to another. I actually have photos to show this. This is something that really shouldn’t happen but can easily be fixed. On a positive note, the location is great, and Pejë is a lovely city to visit. What I mentioned is a small issue that can be resolved easily, and I hope it will be addressed for future guests.
