Good, beautiful, quiet and pleasant hotel, truly worthy of its 4 stars. The hotel and grounds are well designed and well maintained. There is a serene atmosphere. We had a beautifully decorated room with a swim-up pool and a large sun lounger on the terrace, which is highly recommended (if you don't have noisy neighbours). As a result, we spent less time at the communal swimming pool with music, where it was also more difficult to find a sun lounger. There is a second swimming pool area, aimed at children (slide, etc.). All-inclusive drinks and food are really OK, good meal buffets, a clean restaurant with a pleasant outdoor terrace (except for the stray cats...) and friendly staff. Spacious room, spacious shower. Good beds, which is very important. Good cleaning service. A number of free parking spaces in front of and next to the hotel, always found a space available. In the immediate vicinity, a number of shops and restaurants, Lothiarika beach with paid sun loungers and parasols. Further away (car/transport required) is e.g. Pefkos with many shops and restaurants and a lively centre, Lindos (recommended!), Rhodos city etc. Friendly staff at reception, always willing to provide information or help – we asked for clothes hangers and had a blocked sink, and everything was sorted within 10 minutes, which is great service. I had also sent a special request in advance due to my medical limitations, and this was taken into account very well, for which I would like to thank the hotel management once again, much appreciated. This hotel pleasantly surprised us, among other things by effectively providing the service it promises (which is not a given these days). It has a lot of potential.

We stayed 4 nights at Aiora Resort in a Superior Swim-Up Room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but I would like to share a few constructive remarks: • The drinks were not really to our taste. The soft drinks were from dispensers and the alcohol selection was limited in both quality and variety. We rarely drink, but this time we would have tried some, yet we were not impressed. Also, bottled water was only provided upon arrival – afterwards we had to carry water in glasses to the room ourselves. I believe it would add a lot to the service if housekeeping provided bottled still water daily during cleaning. • Breakfast was very good, we always found what we like. • Lunch and dinner: we missed themed evenings (e.g. Italian with pasta & pizza, Greek with a wider selection of local dishes, Japanese, Indian, or Hungarian, etc.). We also expected more fish options, given the seaside location. Unfortunately, desserts were below expectations. • Snack bar (11:00–17:00): close to closing time, there was barely anything left, which is understandable but still a bit disappointing. What we really missed were fresh, varied fruits – in the hot weather they would be essential. Only watermelon, pineapple, and whole apples were available. • A sad part was that, despite the signs, people reserved sunbeds with towels already from 8 AM. If we had not booked a swim-up room, this would have been a huge disappointment. Luckily, the room category really made our holiday – it was an incredible experience, and our neighbors were also very kind. • The staff was always friendly and helpful. • The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, perfect location. PS: Please continue to take care of the stray cats around the hotel – even just providing them with fresh water or some food (available at the supermarket nearby) would make a big difference.

Old but nice hotel . The swimming pools with the mini waterpark were really enjoyed by the children . The food was nice and tasty with good variety and we really enjoyed it . The hotel staff were really nice . Especially Elena Dormpari was one of the friendliest persons we met and made everything possible so we had a nice and an enjoyable stay .
