The best property we’ve been lucky enough to stay at. Exceptionally well furnished and equipped. Very cosy and comfortable during our stay with lots of room for our large family gathering. The kitchen has every possible item and the abundant supply of firewood made the unseasonably cold weekend, very warm and cosy. Bedrooms and bathrooms very comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Surrounded by lovely gardens with ample outdoor seatings and lovely walks nearby.

Very well equipped, plenty of ensuites and 2 other shower/bathrooms. Spacious; plenty of space for 7 adults and 4 children including comfortable seating for everyone. Nice walks directly from the house.

The location was excellent for my son's wedding at Neidpath castle. The walks to/from the housre were stunning, with an easy walk to Peebles only 1.5hrs away. The property and the host were wonderful, a lovely family home with everything you could want. We even had a few welcome supplies on arrival, shortbread, wine.z Definitely worth a second visit.
